Before You Book

Allow enough time

First appointments take 75–90 minutes including your consultation. Follow-up visits are around 60 minutes.

Check it’s suitable

Colon hydrotherapy isn’t right for everyone. Please read the suitability guidance before booking.

Prepare simply

Eat lightly the day before, avoid food for two hours beforehand, no fizzy drinks, and wear loose clothing.

Need to change or cancel? Please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
